Took the time to explain everything, and service in one year was included. Before choosing them, I received three quotes; they were the best for the same service (one quote I received was DOUBLE what they charged!). I had in mind a place where I wanted it installed, and they even suggested a better place that would save me money. They coordinated everything, from the gas line installer to upgrading our gas meter to handle the extra load (that cost we had to pay the gas company separately). They are a full-service electric company, so I recommend them for all your electrical needs. P.S. Lane works very well to accommodate your schedule. I had to change our appointment due to my work schedule at the last minute, and he was very gracious about it.
